Genuine Experience: Reviews must reflect your own genuine, firsthand experience with the employer.
No False Content: Do not post defamatory, knowingly false, or misleading information.
No Confidential Information: Do not share trade secrets, proprietary information, or confidential employer data.
Respectful Conduct: Do not post hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content.
No Spam: Do not post repetitive, promotional, or off-topic content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other users’ accounts
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Services

By posting content on Kinclusive, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

The employer directory and reviews are for informational purposes only. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of hiring outcomes, employment opportunities, or fair treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINCLUSIVE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinclusive and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
